Xoauth Problem Token Rejected & Oauth Error Message

Issue :

Apabila saat menjalankan produk Autodesk, muncul Error seperti pada gambar berikut :

Penyebabnya:

1. Internet browser cache error

Solusinya:

Bersihkan browser cache pada komputer Anda

1. Google Chrome, dengan cara :

• Buka Google Chrome
• Ke kanan atas, klik tanda titik tiga
• Pilih More Tools > Clear Browsing Data
• Ke tab Basic > Time range : pilih All time
• Centang pada kotak : Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, dan Cached images and files
• Klik Clear Data

2. Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 9, 10 dan 11 – Windows), dengan cara :

• Buka Internet Explorer
• Ke kanan atas, klik Tools (logo Gear)
• Pilih Safety > Delete Browsing History
• Centang pada kotak : Preserve Favorites website data, Temporary Internet files and website files, Cookies and website data, dan History
• Klik Delete

3. Mozilla Firefox, dengan cara :

• Buka Mozilla Firefox
• Ke kanan atas, klik tanda garis tiga
• Pilih History > Clear Recent History
• Pada Time range to clear : pilih yang ingin dibersihkan, contoh : Last Hour
• Centang pada kotak : Browsing & Download History, Cookies, Active Logins, Cache, dan Form & Search History
• Klik OK

4. Microsoft Edge, dengan cara :

• Buka Microsoft Edge
• Ke kanan atas, klik tanda titik tiga
• Pilih Settings > Ke tab Privacy, Search, and Services
• Pada Clear Browsing Data > Clear browsing data now > klik Choose what to clear
• Pada Time range to clear : pilih yang ingin dibersihkan, contoh : Last Hour
• Centang pada kotak : Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, dan Cached images and files
• Klik Clear Now
